Sports Excitement, United States, Remote

• Created low and high-fidelity wireframes for a new upskilling, job board, and mentoring website for professionals in the technology field using Figma. Organized and gave maintenance to the Design system for the product.
• Mentored junior designers of various skill levels from students to early career.

EY, San Jose, Costa Rica

• Completed in 6 months, revamped an inventory management and delivery Android app used by a drink distribution company with 4 different user profiles and multiple task flows to increase retention and efficiency and decrease error configuration.
•  Organized stakeholder workshops to prioritize app features. Interviewed users and conducted user observational research to identify main user pain points. Wrote over 50 user stories to explain new features and provide clarity for the development team.
• Designed an internal dashboard and oversaw compliance against WCAG 2.0 and accessibility guidelines.

Symbiotic, San Jose, Costa Rica

• Spearheaded the first design for a payment terminal app sold as a service to banks in 14 different countries with6000 active users processing 3 million dollars in payments. Rebranded the look and feel of the app according to the branding requirements of each potential client.
• Created a web-based e-commerce order management dashboard for Android tablets and video tutorial for a grocery store to help check, pack and dispatch online orders for delivery.
• Worked with different clients to design B2B projects, including an Android tablet valet parking management system and an iOS mobile credit card referral program application.
• Edited and animated over 30 promotional videos for socialmedia.

University of Costa Rica, San Jose, Costa Rica

• Created social media graphics and handheld programs for over 50 concerts and activities organized by the School of Music.
• Prototyped a website mockup for an international physicsconference with over 50 attendees. In charge of printed materials for theevent.
• Designed 18 wall arts for the Faculty of Pharmacy 120thAnniversary permanent exhibition. Designing a historical timeline detailingthe history of their school.
